City Centre is a step towards a retail
revolution in India and is a destination for people on the look
out for a complete experience once they step out to watch a movie.
DLF has capitalized on opportunities to strengthen its overall offering
by introducing a variety of categories and brands at City Centre
that offer's exclusive value-added items that are unique in styling,
look and options.
Of the total 146 shops at City Center, 40% are for F&Bs like
Mojo (already opened), Buzz, Pizza Hut, Ruby Tuesday etc, 40% for
retail outlets like Life Style (already opened), Meena Bazaar, Lacoste,
Heritage, etc. and the remaining 20% for others amenities like saloons,
ATMs, business centres, etc. Centrally air-conditioned malls with
piped music, high-speed lifts and escalators, parking space for
over 1000 cars, an entertainment arcade, multi-cuisine food court
and a host of national and international brands - City Centre is
all set to market Gurgaon as a shopping and entertainment hub. The
concept, look and feel of City Centre is credited to Hafeez Contractor,
the world-renowned architect who handles most of DLF's projects.
While residents of Gurgaon would be the core audience, DT Cinemas
plans to position itself as a 'prime destination' for Delhites.
